Job Definition

Firstly, our goal is to understand you, your corporate culture, philosophy, objectives and Values. Then we work closely with you to draw up a detailed specification for the position and a profile of the ideal, compatible candidate. We advise you on the current market conditions to enable a realistic compensation package for the candidate to be determined

Search:

We target all relevant companies and institutions & utilize our own network of information sources, including our database, the internet, and media advertising as well as of personal contacts. We then screen this list of potential candidates. Lastly, a list of individuals whose background and seniority are likely to match the profile is made

Presentation:

A shortlist of the best candidates is presented for the position. We provide detailed resumes and a thorough and rounded assessment report on each candidate. We then arrange interviews with these candidates.

References:

At an appropriate time in the search process, as requested, we conduct their background checks to confirm the candidate’s educational and professional qualifications.

Role Articulation

Working as a team with the client, we analyze the client’s needs to determine the required set of skills, organizational relationships, define the required experience, and identify the other critical attributes necessary for the successful candidate

Preparation of Search Brief

After assessing the client needs, we typically prepare a detailed Search brief highlighting the position specification. This search brief captures the nuances of the position - the responsibilities of the position, qualifications, experience required of the ideal candidate, and criteria for success. This document aids in translating the specification to the members of the search team.

Drawing the Search Plan & Search Team

Upon completion of the Search Brief, we draw up a Search Plan wherein we map the universe of options that are available for the client. Based on the Client organization and their requirement, we map the players in the specific industry segment and identify the prospective functional resource. With the advantage of being present in 15 locations across India, we form a search team comprising of 3 Consultants and 1 Research Analyst from the specific industry to be a part of the assignment.

Search – Research

The Search Brief is promptly shared with other consultants in the search team for the assignment and the Research Analyst with relevant industry / functional expertise assists in identifying sources and prospects. Simultaneously, the team accesses the internal databases; target companies websites and other sources to reach out the prospective candidates.
